Using the application
Monster AI Languages is a paid language-learning application. Users agree to use the service lawfully, provide accurate account information, safeguard their account access, and avoid interfering with the service or other users.
Learning content and AI-assisted accuracy
Monster AI Languages provides curated language-learning exercises and uses artificial intelligence and automated language technologies to support learning and translation. Although we strive for accuracy, translations, pronunciations, and other learning content may occasionally contain errors.
Learning outcomes vary. Users should independently verify important translations and information, particularly in medical, legal, financial, safety-related, or other situations where accuracy is essential. The service is intended for educational use and is not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Required paid subscription and Stripe billing
A paid subscription is required to use Monster AI Languages. As part of onboarding, users are directed to Stripe checkout to provide payment information and purchase a subscription. Subscription prices, applicable discounts, billing intervals, and any additional terms are presented during checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a subscription renews automatically at the applicable billing interval until canceled. You can manage your subscription or request cancellation through the application’s authorized Stripe subscription-management interface. The timing and effect of cancellation, including any continued access through an already-paid billing period, are subject to the terms disclosed at checkout and applicable law.

Service availability and changes
We may update, maintain, or change application features, content, and availability. We aim to maintain a reliable service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
